New Patients: The system will require a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 payment to hold your appointment, which will be applied to your treatment cost when you arrive. In the event of a missed or late cancelled appointment, this deposit will be retained for our missed appointment fee.

For those who are scheduling with a Gift Certificate, or for appointments for those under 18 years old: Please email us at havertownacupuncture@gmail.com or call us 610-789-1120 to schedule.

Cancellation and Illness Policy

Please understand that, due to limited appointment availability, we may be unable to see you if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and will need to count that as a missed appointment. We will be charging full price for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours of the appointment time. As always, we never charge fees for appointments missed due to illness! If you have symptoms of a cold, acute-onset vomiting or diarrhea, sudden loss of taste or smell, a temperature above 99, or a cough, we ask that you cancel your appointment.

Community Acupuncture

We are committed to offering high quality acupuncture in a community setting. Because acupuncture works the best when done often, we offer a sliding scale of $35-55 per treatment for returning patients; you decide how much you pay. New patient appointments are a flat fee of $55.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture uses a mix of facial and body acupuncture points to address fine lines, wrinkles, brow and cheek sagging, acne and dark spots, along with medical concerns such as facial paralysis, TMJ and bells palsy.

Private Acupuncture

Some people prefer the privacy of having a room all to themselves. Our private sessions are a bit longer and include front and back treatments, or allow extra time for more modalities such as cupping, guasha and moxa, if appropriate for your concerns. You'll also have access to aromatherapy and table warmer for comfort and therapeutic experience.
