Starting Wednesday 5/31/23, masks will no longer be required for treatment at HCA**. We encourage everyone to remain masked to protect those more vulnerable in our community, but will no longer be requiring mask wearing for patients or practitioners. For your comfort, all our practitioners will happily don a mask while chatting and needling you, if they’re not already. Please don’t hesitate to ask!
As such, we ask that you remain especially vigilant about cancelling if you or anyone in your household feels ill, regardless if you/they have tested negative for COVID. We understand this is frustrating for a cold, but we want to protect our vulnerable patient base as we transition to less masking.
** NOTE: Randi’s shifts will remain MASK REQUIRED for the time being. If you prefer not to mask, please schedule with a different practitioner.

Acupuncture
We are committed to offering high quality acupuncture in a community setting. Because acupuncture works the best when done often, we offer a *sliding scale of $25-45 per treatment for returning patients*; you decide how much you pay. New patient appointments are a flat fee of $45.
**Cancellation and Illness Policy**
Please understand that, due to very limited appointment availability, we may be unable to see you if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and will need to count that as a missed appointment. We will be charging $25 for returning patients and $45 for new patients for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours of the appointment time. As always, we never charge fees for appointments missed due to illness! If you have symptoms of a cold, acute-onset vomiting or diarrhea, sudden loss of taste or smell, a temperature above 99, or a cough, we ask that you cancel your appointment. You may return to the clinic 5 days after your symptoms subside.
Acupuncture + Sound Healing
After getting settled in, the workshop will start out with Mindie giving each participant an on-body sound bowl experience to begin the process of deep relaxation. While you lie back and relax on one of our recliners, tables or zero gravity chairs, you'll then be immersed in a healing sound bath while Randi gives each person an acupuncture treatment to embrace seasonal energy and bring yin and yang into balance. With the acupuncture and sound healing together, we expect this workshop to provide a deeply restful and rejuvenating experience.
